TERMS AND CONDITION'S

1. The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Its use must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the equipment.

2. Additional charges shall be added in the event the equipment is damaged, missing any parts

 

3. The rental period policy will be minimum 30days, even (if you return within a day or week) start on (begin date) and will end on (end date)

 

4. For Return one day before intimation required

 

 

5. In addition to the rental fee, the Lessee shall pay a security deposit. This deposit shall be returned to the lessee upon termination of this Agreement within 24hrs, subject to the option of the lessor to apply it against any charges or damages incurred.

 

6. The lessee agrees to keep and maintain the equipment clean and in good working order during the rental term at his own expense. In the event any equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, the lessee shall pay the lessor the replacement cost of the equipment.

 

7. The Equipment is and shall remain the exclusive property of the lessor.
